There are so many "walkers" out there that I wanted to buy the biggest "bang for my buck" - that's why I chose this one. It's a 4-in-1: your baby can walk behind it, rock on it, ride on it and sit in the floor and play with it. My son LOVES to do all 4. It is the perfect toy. He doesn't have much of a chance to ride it, though, because my 6 year old has more fun pushing him around it it (see picture).
