Neilmed Sinufrin decongestant is absolutely the best nasal spray I've ever used I've tried many different nasal spray that only worked for a short time unable to sleep because i couldn't breathe . I started using Neilmed Sinufrin decongestant this is the best spray i have ever used , im able to breathe now when i go to bed. i do recommend this product its the best
