I’ve used this on my fingers for the past two weeks. Honestly I wouldn’t use anything else. It actually relieves the pain and heals minor cuts and scraps fast. I get a lot of box cuts at work and I absolutely love this cream. It’s great product and I’ll always make sure I have some in stock . It’s Creamy, applies on smoothly no greasy feel. The cuts I have all over my fingers heals fast and those sting and pains fade away fast.
My family has always used Neosporin. So, I decided trying Neosporin + Pain Relief Dual action cream sounded like a good idea. And, I am so happy I did. Right after receiving this Neosporin I got a scratch on my leg and it stung really bad. I tried the Neosporin + pain relief on it and it helped the stinging immediately. It’s healing nicely. I put a picture of my scratch after I had been using the cream for a day and you can see no redness and it’s starting to heal. So, I can honestly say that this product works.
I like to use Neosporin + pain relief because it is easy to use, affective for killing germs to help prevent infection. If I get a cut, scrape, or small burn I will apply the Neosporin + pain relief to the affected area then put a band aid over it. The Neosporin + pain relief will keep the skin soft, and promote healing. It also fights infection without the stinging of other products. I like to use it on the grand kids because it feels good, there is no stinging like there is with other products. I use this product and I recommend it to my family it is a good product.
What a pleasant surprise! I have used this product for years and it has been my go to first aid antibiotic. The one thing that I have not liked is that it is greasy but no more! This cream goes on smoothly and absorbs right in. I just got what I call a “war wound” while decorating and using my hot glue gun for the Holidays this year and ouch it really hurt! I put this cream on and it really helped almost right away. This new product has taken over as my go to antibiotic and as an added bonus a pain reliever as well. I am so very pleased with it and my hat is off to the Neosporin people for greatly improving an already great product. I did not buy this product as I am a Spark reviewer but from now on I will be getting this new version and I highly recommend it.
I have 3 kids and as most kids do, they rough house and play hard and tend to push each other. A week or so after getting this product, my son was in the back yard and my other son pushed him down on the cement. He came up with scratches on his elbows and hands. I was able to use the Neosporin + Pain Relief cream and after bandages and consoling him for a while, he said that the scrapes didn't hurt. This doesn't that often but I am glad that I have it for when this does happen. After a day or so, I checked his hands and elbows and they were so much better, they hardly had any scabs and minimal scars. After about a week, I couldn't even tell that anything had happened. I know that it was because of this product that he was able to heal so quickly and I will be making sure that I use this when ever I can as I can tell this helps. I will need to stock up on this since it is only .5 ounces. But it really helped and would recommend this to anyone. Its one of those things that you are glad you have but hope you don't have to use.
The first thing I noticed is that the creme is white. It applies smoothly and rubs in well- more like a cream than a salve. I tried it on a small cut, and found that it was the same quick healer as it's original formula. The active ingredients are :Neomycen Sulfate, Polymyxin B Sulphite (both antibiotics), and Pramoxine HCl (the external analgesic). According to the box, this is for use on people over the age of two. The tube is .5 of an ounce by weight- plenty of applications. The instructions also indicate that the affected area may be covered with a sterile bandage after application. I've used Neosporin for years, always with good results. I think it's great that this new product has pain relief included! I'd recommend it for anyone's medicine cabinet.

I thought I would give it a try. the Neosporin cream helps heal minor cuts, scrapes and burns as well as preventing infections. the cream also has pain relief. The Neosporin cream is just as good as the ointment. I seem to burn myself loading the fire place from time to time, the cream feels very comforting rubbing it on the burn. I now prefer the cream over the ointment because of the soothing feeling.

Neosporin plus pain relief cream works very well on minor cuts scrapes and burns. It works well on cat scratches for quick relief. We also have used it on minor burns, and worked well on contact, but had to apply often for continued relief. Cream is nice consistency, creamy not pasty.
I've used Neosporin off and on for years I ordered this to have on hand and was glad it came in when it did. I saw that they now have one with pain relief so decided to give it a try. Just the day before it came in I ended up with a pretty nasty and painful scrape to my shin. I was glad to get this in the mail! It is still a great antibiotic cream but I can't say much for the pain relief factor of it. I had literally scraped off all the skin and into what little flesh there is on the shin so it was hurting pretty bad. I didn't notice any pain relief but it is healing nicely.
