I recently bought this blaster and it had many jamming problems, but the distance (up to 65 feet angled) and firing rate (2-3 darts per second slam-fire) is fantastic. It's worth the buy, especially since the price is so low compared to Target, Toys"R"Us, and so forth. Overall, I think that this is one of the better blasters NERF has out there.
This gun isn't worth the money. It jams really bad and it doesn't stop jamming...not every shot but at least one to two jams with each load. We thought we were doing something wrong until we checked out the reviews from other stores. Within a few hours, my son was upset because he had tore up several of his bullets while trying to unjam the gun. Most everyone said the same thing that we are having trouble with, jamming and then you ruin the bullets trying to get them out. At the same time as this purchase, I purchased two of the Nerf N-Strike Barricade RV-10 that require batteries but neither of them jammed at all. Will be taking the Quick 16 back tomorrow to the store and exchange for an Barricade RV-10. It doesn't hold as many bullets but at least it doesn't jam and tear up bullets!!
