[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My eight year old is a huge nerf lover and this shooter has quickly become his favorite. It is small enough to carry around but powerful to shoot at his targets. The quality is fantastic as always with nerf products. The colors are so fun too. Overall I highly recommend this fun shooter!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 year old son likes this gun! It is a sturdy gun. It does not have a place on the gun to hold extra bullets. In the packaging the bullets are hidden under the gun - don't miss them! Overall, it's great quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this out for my household of nerf gun fans. They loved this for a quick game of hide and seek in the house. Easy to hide with the size of toy and jump out when found! Will definitely get again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my son for valentine's day. He always gets too much candy, so I wanted to get him a nerf gun as a surprise. He likes dragons and this gun shoots really far too his surprise. Good buy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coolest part of this Nerf is the design. Can't go wrong with a Dragon. My fourth grader thinks dragons are cool at the moment. Easy to use. Same Nerf quality you expect. Shoots one at a time so my daughter does have to either have a pile of darts or go get them after she shoot them. Came with two darts. Trigger is a little harder to pull than some of the other guns since their hands are smaller than mine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids absolutely love Nerf guns and are always excited for new designs. The Dungeons and Dragons MicroShots definitely impressed them. It was a great size and worked just like we were hoping. The dragon design was the coolest part! It came with two darts which was nice but I would have liked if it came with a pack of five or more. But atleast you can use most any Nerf darts with me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your kid likes nerf guns and are a dungeons and dragons fan, this is a good item to add to the collection. You load the dart in the mouth and pull the bottom to shoot. It's not ideal when having a battle since you have to keep loading but the design is pretty cool.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandson LOVES Dungeons and Dragons & so does his Dad! This cool Palaradusk Nerf blaster is inspired by the D&D gold dragon. It comes with 2 foam darts but only fires one at a time. You load the dart into the front of the blaster, pull down the primer & pull the trigger. Since it's Nerf, it is great for indoor play & the best part is that no batteries are required. The packaging indicates that this toy is for ages 8+ but because of its smaller size it is easy for younger kids to play with too.
How this product passed QA is beyond me as a parent. It performs as well as the venerable Nerf Jolt (the platform this blaster is built off of) and the dragon gimmick isn't too bad but there is where the positives end. The reason i say QA failed with this blaster is because someone during playtesting should have pointed out to Hasbro that kids are pretty reckless. While the blaster is slated as 8 years, the truth is that younger ones will want to grab it and therein lies the rub. The hard plastic on the dragon's neck ridges will hurt when a kid starts to smack the blaster around. Sharper than normal edges could definitely lead to some tears coming of a little kids eyes should their sibling do what siblings do and whack them with it when mom%26 dad aren't looking. The other downside is aiming. With no actual iron sight to speak of, you are left to just best guess your shot. Which is fine if you are using accustrike darts or waffle tipped darts, however with the included Elite darts, you are lucky if you can hit the broad side of a barn with this. All in all, I can't help but feel like this was a product tie in that was created as a cash grab, not because anyone actually wanted this design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gun is nice, yellow, looks so firm. Made from hard plastic. I know it's good material. My youngest son tried it and he thinks its not good for younger kids. I asked and i tried, well it's very easy for play it. But for younger kids who don't know how to aim, it could be dangerous. Might hit eyes. A little bit scary.
