I am glad I finally decided to purchase this lock. It arrived on time. Was easy to install. And well worth the money. I like that it is still functional when the power goes out.
. I recommend the service.Those familiar with the Yale nest smart lock will know that it's a quality product. I was really happy with the installation from Walmart technician services. The install happened within 3 days of receiving the lock. Although the technician was a little late, he did a great job
This lock has worked perfectly since we had it installed more than 2 years ago. We love the convenience of not having to carry a key. We just received an electronic notification by the lock to replace the batteries, and did so easily. We matched it with a nice handle in a similar finish.
Installation was a bit trickier than expected, but mostly due to my own mistakes. If you aren't sure if you need to extend the inside bolt or not, I would suggest trying it out before extending it like I did. The thing is, it doesn't seem that they intended it to go back and forth in size (which now makes sense), but I saw that the size could change and just HAD to do it, then spent an hour figuring out how to get everything back in place. Now that it's installed, we are LOVING it! Unlocking the door from the car when you are about to bring in groceries is worth it! No more fumbling around for keys with your arms full!
This lock works well. However, it doesn't give you the option to unlock the door via voice control. Supposedly it has to do with a bad actor using voice control to unlock the door, but if I'm willing to accept that risk, I should be able to. Just warn anyone when turning on that function.

It was a great product, but would not fit my door.
I ordered two items, nest yale smart locks, but i only received a used item and I only received one item. i was charged for two items but only received one! then i can only return one item and this lost half my money! Walmart will not help you! Walmart is useless and does not police their sellers. go buy it somewhere else!
This product has clearly been used and resold. The package was carefully cut and the items were dusty with finger print stains and had marks where it was attached.
Not a good key lock, cheaply made. The turn key is very weak.
