Much faster connection than WiFi

Expensive, but works well. I started with a pair of 85MBPS adapters and eventually expanded my network to five 200MBPS HD adapters. Note that 85MBPS devices are not interoperable with the 200MBPS ones. The speed is way overrated. Expect 25% of the claimed speed.

toos a long time for support to answer call they were not very helpful. make sure that both devices are on same electrical circut to work otherwise they are of no use. I am in a apt but the two outlets are on seperate circuits and would not talk to each other.

Ok for short distances. Would not maintain a connection when placed in the other end of my house. Not really the products fault, just interference from other electrical items. Very easy to set up. Returned item.

Netgear promises upto 200MB. Even when I plugged both devices in the same outlet their own utility showed far slower that 200mbs. Results varied from 30mb/sec to 124mb/sec in various locations in the house. I ended up not returning it as it worked better than the fringes of my wireless range could provide. Currently it's reporting 62 Mbps on the transmit side and 51 on the receive. This turns out to be better than my Wirless G network could give me to the same location but far short of 200Mbps.
