Wow this thing actually holds alot of lights. I wrapped 2-3 strings of lights around each one! Oh and it's awful neat when your done and then you don't have to worry about any tangles or knots. I wish I'd had this a long time ago. Easy set up too. Rocks
I thought that this product was flimsy for the price but it does serve the purpose it is intended. I would recommend this to others in a pinch but honestly, I could have probably made one myself for cheaper with a Staples file box and leftover cardboard from Christmas. But hindsight is 20/20. It was not worth my time and effort to return and make once we enterned mid January. Otherwise, I think it is a great concept
We didn't have a problem assembling the box. I was surprised how many lights will fit in it. Good purchase for how much it costs.
This is a great product. It stores all of our lights and we have over 500 lights.
Once put together this serves a great purpose. However, getting it together takes some time. There's a lot of punching out small pieces and muscling some pieces together. Instructions are clear, it's just tricky to get some pieces together how they need to be. But, it does hold quite a bit of lights, and in a tangle-free way.
A little difficult to get together, but seems durable enough. We'll find out how well it really works next year when we take them out and unwind them, but the way they went on there, it seems like we won't have to worry about tangled up lights next year during the holiday time.
This light storage box is a little tedious to put together, but it works. From the picture it doesn't look like you would have to assemble anything, but you do. (everything, even the spools) I don't know how well it will hold up over the years but for now it's functional. I ordered it because I was able to have it shipped to my local Walmart, which was practical. My first choice however was another product but I didn't want to spend the high amount of shipping that the other vendor was asking.
This product is ok. I thought that the box would be much more sturdy, but everything is slightly stronger than cardboard. The material is not that great and everything must be assembled (except for the lid.) You have to be careful with this product when you are wrapping the lights around. It was just ok to meet my needs, but I guess the price means that I get what I pay for.
