There are so many uses but this has been doing wonders for my face! My skin has had damage from the sun & there have been areas of my body that were not losing weight but utilizing this along with a healthy diet and exercise has helped tremendously!

I used the charcoal and clay for a face mask and my face felt great afterwards. I used the charcoal to white my teeth and my 12 year old son's teeth and it's awesome. I have yet to drink it, but I'm sure that'll be great too. and, there's a lot left. I love this

The charcoal and clay were mixed together. There was no "just" clay side. E-mailed the company with photos and received no response. I was hoping too use the clay for my Aunt but at 92years old she would have gotten charcoal all over everything. Seems like a good idea but they need better control of keeping both sides separate during packaging or shipment.
