This purifying product has done the most amazing job on my face! It removes eyeliner & mascara so easily without rubbing, and leaves my skin feeling wonderful. I use the Hydro Boost gel afterward and have awesome, awesome results!
I've been using this product for 3 years now and it never disappoints me. What I love about it is how it doesn't leave an oily residue afterwards. My face feels very clean after. I love it

I wash my face twice to be sure i've removed all of my makeup. Then use Deep Clean® Purifying Micellar Cleansing Water on a white cotton pad and it still finds trace amounts of makeup. If you want to make sure your skin is really clean you will love this product!
A few drops goes a long ways. I use a cotton pad to get rid of all of my makeup, even waterproof eyeliner. I use it when I need a quick refreshing as well and don't want to fully wash my face.
I've heard people say "all micellar water is the same". Obviously they haven't tried this! No weird oil floating at the top. Actually removes make up. Makes you feel fresh and clean and doesn't dry you out. It's head and shoulders above any of the many other micellar waters I have tried. Hands down the best out there!
This makeup remover works wonders. I really like that it doesn't burn the eyes too. The only reason that I gave 4 stars vs 5 is because it tends to dry out the eye area.
I normally have really good experiences with Neutrogena, but this product it's very disappointing. Garnier micellar water took my makeup off faster and more efficiently, plus the neutrogena one smells very chemically and took zero of my waterproof mascara off. Not worth buying unless they come out with a better formula.... :(
I love Neutrogena. I use the hydro boost face wash and moisturizer religiously. I won't buy any other makeup wipes than the original blue makeup remove wipes. With that being said this product is terrible. It doesnt remove my eye makeup, leaves my skin sticky, and it smells funny. I would not buy this again or recommend it. There are much better options out there for drug store micellar cleansing waters.
I typically love Neutrogena products. However, this is not one of them. The product claims to be scent free. It most certainly is not. It smells terribly of chemicals. This product also claims to remove waterproof makeup. It definitely doesn't. I had on standard waterproof mascara and the product succeeded only in flaking my mascara all over my face and burning my eyes. I can't even begin to tell you what a waste of money or what a disappointment this product is. Please save your money and look elsewhere for a more effective product.
