Luxurious to smooth on wet skin right after a bath. Smooth it on the entire body. I like to use it when my skin is still damp, then let is absorb, and gently pat with a soft towel. Wonderful and doesn't stain clothing.
I have been using this lotion off and on for many, many years and it is still the best. It is light, absorbs quickly, is not greasy and has a pleasant mild fragrance. I am happy that I can purchase this online as it is hard to find on the shelves. Please, never stop manufacturing this product.
I love Neutrogena products and took a chance when buying this lotion. However, this is the best lotion around! It leaves your skin smooth and silky! I would recommend this to anyone with any type of skin.

It is silky, not sticky. It absorbs very well. It smells fresh, and it softens & hydrates your skin. I've been using it for 20 years. Our favorite hotel chain uses only Neutrogena products, including this lotion, it's one reason we stay there!! We love Neutrogena products!
I actually ordered this at Christmas for my daughter. She absolutely loved it and said “Mom, you have to try this, it's awesome!” I did, and boy was she right! This lotion makes your skin so soft and silky, it's light in its texture and soaks into your skin pretty quickly. It does not have a heavy feeling like a lot of the lotions I had used in the past. It's very clean smelling, so I feel a male or female could use this lotion! Try this! You will love it! Oh and p.s. I just ordered a great big ol bottle just for myself! Lol

I ordered this online, because I couldn't find it in any stores. I love this stuff! Smells so clean and wonderful, absorbs almost instantly and no greasy feeling, and it doesn't clog your pores like most products. Oh, and did I say I love the smell-it's addicting!!
I normally purchase Neutrogena body wash online. It was then that I noticed there was an oil free lotion available. I got it, and am I glad that I did! I've tried numerous “name brand” lotions and none of them work like Neutrogena sheer oil lotion. It goes on smoothly and is absorbed quickly. This lotion works wonders for dry skin. I've recently moved to the desert and my skin has been extremely dry. This lotion solved my dry skin problem.
I wanted a lotion with the original scent, as found in the Rainbath, bath and shower gel. A representative on the phone from Neutrogena told me this lotion had the original scent like Rainbath. It does not. Not even close. Neutrogena reps should know their products and what they are talking about. Miss the original scent after shave balm too.
