Great product and I have always loved Neutrogena products. I wish I could find this in the drugstoores but I do not mind ordering from the company because of the great price on it.
I work for a dermotologist and received the product from the rep. I've been using it now for about 2 months and I can see a BIG difference. The skin is smoother (fewer noticable wrinkles), and the texture of my skin is much improved. Unfortunately noting is a quick fix... it takes time, but you will see results. And now I'm going to purchase it.
I thought when I got this product in that it wasn't a whole lot of product for your money, but after using it, I have changed my mind, it's a great value for your money and it works amazingly.
I absolutely love this product. I use this strictly under my eyes where I have had a problem with bags, so my product lasts almost 3 months. It is the only product that I have found that helps my bags. I have used way more expensive products with a lot less results.
I have been both pleased and surprised by this. I have used it most mornings since it arrived and there is a definite difference between the days I use it and those that I don't. It really reduces puffiness and takes away much of the dark coloring under my eyes. That says a lot since I'm the mother of three girls all under five. I have already recommended it to my mother and sister.
Product was too expensive for the overall value of the product and it's effectivenss. I have sensitive skin and this product did not work well for me.
I had an allergic reaction to the serums. I tried two applications and my eye lids turned rough and red. Not sure what is in it that bothered me, but I had to pass it on to my mom to try.
As a moisturizer, this product is adequate. As for minimizing the bags and darkness under my eyes, I can't tell a bit of difference after using it twice a day since it arrived. Also, since it is a two stop process with two separate containers, it is very difficult to get the same amount of each. The tube of gel serum is easy to control; you can get just the amount you want. The pump of activator, however, is more than likely going to shoot its contents across the room with the slightest pressure on the top. I'll continue to use this product until it runs out, but unless I see some kind of beneficial change, I won't be purchasing it again.
I purchased this product at a store after this Neutrogena site did not live up to the advertised $5.00 discount then supposedly offered. While I have much of the ion2complex left, the eye activating serum ran out after a scant two weeks. One cannot possibly make an informed decision on the basis of using a product like this for less than two weeks and so far it has not made a difference in appearance around the eye area.
I like Neutrogena products in general and wanted to like this. However, the two-step process is inconvenient and easy to mess up; the gray color of the serum is off-putting; and it just didn't work. Within an hour after use the wrinkles are prominent.
