I require a strong sunblock to help prevent the hyperpigmentation on my face from getting worse in sun exposure. No matter how many hats I try, sun exposure is not entirely unavoidable. Neutrogena products, this one included NEVER causes me to break out. I am prone to adult acne, especially during "certain" times of the month. I use it as a morning moisturizer under my makeup. When I tried to use my moisturizer in addition to the sunblock, yes, it was "greasy". So I gave up my regular daytime moisturizer and haven't looked back. I have a typical "t-zone" face and can successfully use this sunblock with no issues on my enitre face. It's even taken away my annoying peeling I would get at times on my nose.
FOR THOSE WHO USE A SUN SCREEN ON FACE---USE THE OIL FREE ONE IN THE BLUE AND WHITE TUBE FROM NEUTROGENA FOR FACE. THE SILVER AND BLACK TUBES ARE FOR THE BODY. PLUS IT LEAVES YOUR FACE MATTE. GREAT FOR UNDER FACE POWDER___ENJOY___GIVE ANOTHER TRY.

This was the best sunblock lotion product out there for me personally. But what happened? It just all of a sudden disappeared out of every shelf of every store that had this product in stock?
Went to an amusement park not realizing I may venture onto water rides, face got quite wet and I was worried that it had removed most of my sunscreen, but at the end of the day I was fine and did not get any noticeable sunburn. Quite happy with the results
I have used several of these lotions. I try to buy 70 SPF or above. Feels nice on my face. I will keep using these products.
I meant to get the Neutrogena Sport for face and picked this up by mistake. I have to say, im glad i got this. It works great. No breakouts, No fragrance, its is waterproof/sweatproof, oil free/paba free, like it says on the back of the box..way at the bottom. The only thing I dont like is the white/grayish cast left on my face. But after letting it sit for 15-20 mins, it isn't crazy noticeable. I'm an african american lady myself, so for those of dark skin, i would suggest rubbing it in really well and wait 15 minutes. Otherwise, just use a little bit of cocoa butter to even out the color. All in all, i like it alot!
This product goes on the skin very well, not too greasy. It sure works as a sunscreen until I start to sweat. I have fairly toralent skin againt harsh sunscreens but this gives me an awful burning sensation after a while and runs with sweat and stings my eyes so much I cannot even keep them open. It's definiytely not for me.
I used this yesterday morning, and still haven't managed to wash it off. "Greasy" can't begin to describe it! I'm reluctant to even try any other Neutrogena products after the misleading information in the advertising on this one.
So, I wrote a nice, polite review more than a month ago, and it doesn't appear on the site. I bought the FACE version, not body, and it is very greasy. Clogs my pores something awful and slides right off if I sweat at all. Not remotely matte. Looks like my face got slathered in petroleum jelly.
