I love this lotion and I'm so disappointed that it's no longer available in stores. I've been using it since it first came out and I can't say enough about how wonderful it's been for my extremely sensitive skin. I used the cream version (until it disappeared) as my night cream and the lotion for day time. It almost instantly calmed my red, dry skin without making it oily or causing me to break out. Hands down one of the best products that I've ever used. Please, please, please bring it back!
I love this product. Please tell me that you are going to restock this. I have tried other neutrogena face creams and they all clog my pores and are very heavy on my skin. If you are not going to bring this product back, I will have to go to another brand and see if they have something similar--but I will not be purchasing any neutrogena products unless this ultra gentle soothing lotion comes back to stores. I love this lotion and have been using it for at least a couple years now. I'm in those magical mid-forty years, and my face has become redder and more sensitive to everything. This lotion actually works to calm my face without costing me a fortune. I raved about it so much that my Mom even got my Dad to use it on his face to help sooth his rosacea. It helps him too! BUT WHERE HAS IT GONE?! I'm using my last bottle at this point and haven't been able to find the lotion on shelves anywhere for about two months. Ugh! PLEASE bring it back if you've discontinued it, my face begs you!
After many allergic reactions to other moisturizers, I stumbled across this one. I love it and the way it makes my face feel. I also love that the sunscreen is in the lotion, so my fair face (which I often forget to apply sunscreen to) doesn't suffer. I hate that I can't find it in stores anymore, and I hope that is isn't discontinued, because I can't use anything else!
This is working well on rosecea. It is not agrevating it and the redness continues to reduce just like it was when using the product from the dermotologist.
Let me make this perfectly clear...I want my cream back. I have super sensitive skin and rosacea and can't tolerate sunscreen on daily basis. Finally I found my savior and they take it away. Please, please bring back the cream. The lotion is not heavy enough and irritates due to sunscreen.
This moisturizer worked really well to moisturize my skin. I have oily skin and because this moisturizer hydrated my skin so adequately, my face appeared less oily than normal. However, I started noticing welts on my neck and irritation by my eyes after a couple uses of this product. Turns out I am allergic to feverfew. I was in denial about this moisturizer being the cause of my irritation, especially because it is allergy tested. However, upon switching to my old spf moisturizer, my irritation went away. I would not recommend this to anyone who has extremely sensitive skin. I am sad that I have to find a new moisturizer because this was the best moisturizer I have ever used.
I have been using expensive products from Sephora and my skin felt great, but I wanted a good product at a decent prie so I tried this. I have really sensitive skin with visible redness and this product states it helps with that. I bought the cleanser and moisturizer. My skin is red and on fire with tiny bumps. I will be returning this product to the store and trying something else. Very unhappy!
I bought this because it said 'ultra gentle'. It turned out to be a nightmare. It gave me some blackhead acne and excess oil on my forehead. I thought it was just me or some sort of weather changing. My sister used this cream for just several days and experienced the same thing.... How do u labeled this 'ultra gentle'??????
I don't mind scented products but the amount of fragrance in this one will knock you out. It is overloaded with an intense floral smell. I can't rate as to how well it moisturizes since I couldn't stand to keep it on longer than 5 minutes. I returned it to the store for a refund.
