I am not a big fan of Sunscreen but as I get older I realize the importance of wearing sun protection. I spend a lot of time outdoors here in Florida doing yard work etc. I tried the Neutrogena Wet Skin and noticed right away is not oily or sticky. Has a nice fragrance and after pulling weeds for an hour I noticed although I was sweating the Neutrogena was still there. It really does form a barrier to repel water. .Hours later when I was sitting on the patio I felt my arms and my skin was so soft. It isn't advertised as a moisturizer but after using this a couple of times the dry elbows and knee areas were no longer looking like fish scales. I really like this product and am going to purchase another can for hubby because He is also impressed with the product as well. Next summer in the pool with the Grand Kids is going to be a lot more enjoyable knowing they are protected from the sun, we wont have to apply and reapply every time they get in and out of the pool. The best part for me will be not having the usual Sun Tan Lotion slick in the pool.

I received the Neutrogena Wet Skin Sunscreen Spray, SPF 85+, 5 Ounce and I love it. I have always gravitated towards Neutrogena sunscreen. I like that this SPF 85 and it can be used on wet skin. I like that the sunscreen is not greasy. When you spray on your wet skin it quickly absorbs in the skin. It has a nice smell not strong or over powering. The spray bottle is easy to spray on the body. You can tell where the spray is applied on your body because it beads up. When I use it on the face I have to rub in my hands before then apply to my face. I reapply after a couple of hours at the river or beach. I will definitely buy this product again. I recommend this to anyone who wants protection on wet skin, its well worth the price.

Add one more Neutrogena product to my list of favorites! I live on the beach in Florida and use only Neutrogena sunscreen products. Why? Because it is the only one that I can find that is available from normal retail shopping outlets like Walmart, etc. that has “#1 dermatologist recommended suncare” written on the front. Other sunscreen products might say something like doctor tested, but they give no further indication that it is doctor approved. I have moved from an SPF of 30 to SPF 50 and now to SPF 85+ after advice from my several visits to the dermatologist for minor skin problems. Neutrogena products contain Helioplex - which is only in Neutrogena products. Helioplex a pair of ingredients that are highly effective in blocking harmful rays. One of the ingredients blocks the UVA and the other blocks UVB rays. Neutrogena then adds its' patented stabilizer to allow these broad spectrum blockers to work longer. This product is water resistant for 80 minutes according to its' label. It has a very light unisex scent, rubs in easy and is not greasy. It leaves a little shimmer on the skin after application to let you know that it is there. You will find recommendations of the Neutrogena sunscreens by many authorities such as the Skin Cancer Foundation, Neutrogena products date back to the 1940's and are now owned by Johnson & Johnson.

I couldn't be happier with this product! I have very delicate skin and have had trouble with thick and gooey sunscreens that sting. This product is terrific and does not sting! It is so easy to apply. It has a lovely scent as well. To be honest with you I did not buy this product because I am a Spark Reviewer and they sent it to me to try. I am so happy that they did! I live in the desert and the summers are a challenge for someone with my coloring and complexion. I plan on using this every single day throughout the summer and will be telling my friends all about it! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

When you live on a farm...

Sunscreen is my friend. I'm one of those fair-skinned, freckles, reddish hair, hazel-eyed persons who sunburns easily and badly...the one the skin cancer brochures describes as being high risk. I live on a 10-acre fainting goat farm. During kidding season, I may be in the pasture twice a day for an hour or so. I always use sunscreen. I burn so easily that the tips of my ears and the part in my hair burns. I've never found a sunscreen that works as well as it says it does. This one may be it though...it's a pleasant-smelling, creamy sunscreen. The scent is subtle so it doesn't scream “I'm at the beach” as soon as I see someone. It is SPF 85+. I need that strength. Many of us do. This is for wet or dry skin. I've used others that say they are for wet skin without being impressed. And feeling like I was covered in some smelly sticky spray. If it did work, it was so unpleasant that I wouldn't/couldn't use it. I've been wearing this daily under make-up. I've asked the family to sniff me. They say I don't smell like sunscreen. I don't detect it. I haven't been getting sunburned during pasture trips. Earlier this year I was badly burned while wearing sunscreen. It was bad enough to have blisters. I was stunned bc I was wearing an over SPF 50 sunscreen. I did a little research. People recommended not using sunscreen from one season to the next because it can expire. That's not reassuring and unhelpful after the fact. Yep, this is the farm sunscreen. I'm spraying everyone that costs to take a turn feeding baby goats.

Best Sunscreen I've Ever Used

This sunscreen is awesome. It smells great and works great. You can even apply it to wet skin. Unlike other spray sunscreens, this has an oily consistency and you rub it in after applying. I burn very easily and I used this right in the middle of the day while swimming and I did not get burned. I was out for about 3 hours and reapplied only to my face after about 2 hours. Even though the bottle is small, it lasts for more applications than other sunscreens. Also, due to the oily consistency, it does not blow away in the wind like other spray on sunscreens. I highly recommend this product.

I loved how easy this was to spray on and it didn't feel greasy or too thick. This sunscreen spray really gets absorbed through the skin. I feel very covered and protected with it on. I have very fair skin and very sensitive to the sun, so that that says a lot! I definitely would recommend this!

I always preferred buying high spf level sunscreens. I already tried different brands and decided to try this Neutrogena wet skin broad spectrum spf 85+ sunscreen. I am glad I got this because my six year old likes to spend hours on the beach and in water so she needs good long lasting sun protection. What I like about this spray (and most sprays) is the fact that you can spray it on wet skin and it absorbs pretty quickly opposed to creams and lotions. It has 85+ spf level which is pretty high for sunscreens. It claims to sustain swim, humidity and sweat, which it does pretty well. It is also water resistant for 80 minutes. I didn't really check the time but it stays on pretty long. The main ingredients are avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate, octocrylene, oxybenzone. As with any other sunscreen you need to keep reapplying it every so often if you spend a lot of hours outside. The good thing about the spray though is that it stays longer and doesn't leave that sticky feeling.

From what I could test, good product!

I got this in December & live in Iowa so am not able to test it out in the sun! I did put some one just to kind of get a baseline idea of it. It's not greasy like some spray on sunscreens can be. The scent is ok...not nasty smelling like some can be. And it didn't give me or my husband a headache which some sprays & scents can do. I'm fair skinned (redhead here!) so I burn pretty easily so the real test will be when we're fishing in our boat when it's 90 plus degrees!!
