If you find your time is being consumed by counting individual pieces then you need this set-up. Here is how it works. First you will take a small sample of 5 pieces, 10, 15, or more. Once you have a sample the counting scale is able to identify the weight per piece. As you load the large pallet onto the the 4x5 platform the counting scale will identify how many pieces on the pallet. This will save you hundreds of hours of time and speed up production.
