[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since osteoporosis and arthritis run in my family, I have been looking for a good supplement to help support bone and joint health. I've been taking the recommended 3 tablets per day with food for 14 days now and would recommend New Chapter Bone Strength supplements for several reasons. First, they contain 125%DV of Vitamin D3 to help with calcium absorption, 70%DV Calcium made from organic seaweed as well as a number of other organic nutrients. These supplements are organic, vegetarian, gluten free and non GMO. Also, they are thin so that they are easy to swallow and leave no yucky aftertaste.
I like This product and have taken it for a few years as it is easy digestible and made with good quality ingredients. I believe it's the best way to help aging bones with the plant calcium verses the hard large calcium pills that are hard to digest.
This was originally recommended by a nutritionist and it seems to have the right combinations of nutrients for calcium absorption into bone and not arteries. easy to swallow.

I like that they are gluten free and vegetarian friendly. A serving size is 3 tablets so get the largest bottle.

I would much rather take one supplement instead of three separate supplements. So far they've been working fine I'm gonna continue using them for a couple months to find out if this is what I needed.

They are based on plant calcium and formates for absorption. Three tables per day with food is the recommendation. This dietary supplement calcium source is my way to stay strong over time and my wife takes them too.
I have been using Bone Strength for over three years and it has helped in the health of my bone density. My bone density test results last month revealed an excellent improvement. I highly recommend daily use of this product.

I often struggle with the huge tablets that are so common with vitamins and supplements in general so I'll resort to chewables but that is not always best either. These tablets are relatively small and their oval shape and smooth coating help for people like me. I love that these supplements are made from red marine algae harvested from the Iceland coast and not limestone rock like other brands because of the more than 70 minerals it provides and it's unique qualities. I'm excited to continue taking this supplement to reduce my risk of osteoporosis especially as a 50+ women. The only negative that I experienced was the suggested serving size of 3 tablets a day. The bottle contains fresh 30 tablets so it would be best to get a 90 count bottle if available. I'd rather take 3 then a larger tablet but it would be nice if it were possible to have the same percentages of ingredients in 2 pills instead.
