I have had iron deficiency anemia for several years; and was always instructed to take iron pills. I complied with the treatment for just a couple of weeks due to the usual side effects of iron pills and went back to feeling tired and weak. Until just for the last 3 - 4 months, my doctor recommended this brand of iron pills and so far I have finished 2 bottles and almost done with my 3rd one! I feel energized, strong, and no negative side effects like my old iron pills. I strongly recommend this product.
This is the only iron supplement I have been able to take without food and on a regular basis that doesn't upset my stomach.

With a history of low iron since my teen years and during pregnancy, I need to ensure I am always adding a supplement to keep levels up as well as energy! Since I began taking this, I no longer show low levels when I have my bloodwork taken and I find I have much more energy.
First I have been anemic since a teen and I have had iron infusions and prescription iron pills and my iron never went up to the point it is now my lab results showed that my iron levels has significantly improved with this particular product a customer for life.
I've been taking these for years. I have no side effects whatsoever from taking them. I eat very little meat and need them to pass my blood donor anemia test. They work great. I pass every time. I highly recommend this company and product.
