New air's 15" wine cooler was the final piece that was added to our newly renovated kitchen and I couldn't be happier with it. Being that we love to host guests this was an absolute must. It holds all of our bottles of wine perfectly, 29 to be exact and keeps them chilled at the right temperature! We opted in getting a wine cooler for our home because we were tired of having our fridge packed with excessive drinks when we had friends over. It also comes equipped with wooden shelves and a blue led light that give it an extra touch of luxury! Highly recommend this product.
I purchased the newair AWR-460DB for the duel zone wine cooler capability. The unit keeps my whites perfectly at 40F and Reds at 55F. I had a minor issue with the unit that was immediately addressed and resolved my newair. I highly recommend there products.
The "15 NewAir wine fridge is both stylish and practical. The dual temperature zones makes it a breeze to store both red and white wines at their optimal temperatures. And the fact that it is less than 15" wide means you can store it a number of places without having to dedicate too much space. And the unit offers a good deal of flexibility including being able to mount the door to open on the left or right side, being able to use as a free standing unit or as a built-in, and the different clearance between the shelves to allow storage of different bottle sizes. This is perfect for those with a small wine collection that want the ability to buy a case or two of wine from time to time.
We bought this wine chiller about one month ago and not only does it work great, but it looks absolutely stunning in our kitchen. We love the dual zone temperature feature which allows us to keep our red and white wines at the appropriate temperature. Highly recommend this item!
I purchased this wine fridge for my wife as a Mother's Day present. I had specific dimensions that I needed for a wine fridge as this was going to replace our under the counter trash compactor. As with any "home project" that I do, I did extensive research to really examine the size, performance (consistent temp, noise level) and style and concluded that this would be the best option. When I received the fridge from Newair, I was not disappointed. It was shipped quickly and was packed really well. Taking it out and installing it was a breeze. The unit is very quiet and stylish. The interior blue light actually matches the water dispenser on the front of our fridge, so that was a bonus. It gives the fridge a nice classy look when it's on. Also, importantly, it does support wine and Champaign bottles. You loose a little space with the bigger champaign bottles, but they do fit on the sliding shelf and there's no issue in being able to close the door with the champaign in there. My wife is thrilled with the unit and I couldn't be more pleased with this product.
I did quite a bit of research on potential wine fridges before this one came into my life. My husband and I belong to a few wine clubs, and we knew we needed more than just a wine rack to store some of our favorite bottles, and this is that fridge! Set-up was super simple, and we placed it in our dining room at 55 degrees. We store both our white and reds in here to keep them at an optimal temperature. While we don't have any children, I assume the door lock would be pretty effective keeping any unwanted drinkers out of the wine! Would definitely recommend this fridge to anyone who is looking to up their wine game!
We have had our dual-zone wine cooler for 3 months. It runs quietly, looks great, and performs as promised. The lighting is an extra bonus and the value vs alternatives is remarkable.
Worked great until it didn't. The unit itself is nice, well built but the fact that just after a year of ownership I have the unit frosting up & then the temperature sensor also failed due to this frosting. Then getting into it with the online tech on paying for the part. Then to add insult to injury being held hostage for waiving the shipping fee for a good review. I think not. I'm not saying it's a bad unit, just be forewarned of what may happen & be prepared.
Received via FedEx Called customer service and was told to repack and return to store.. Waiting and praying 2nd unit works because I already have my rough in cut.
Wine cooler not working be after one week. Error message. Awakened in the middle of the night to noise and and flashing lights. None of the buttons work. Called geek squad and they were unable to fix. After one week of owning.
