I got this ice maker for summer and I couldn't be happier! First of all it looks so beautiful in our kitchen and the ice cubes are the perfect size. My kids love the fact you can see the whole process because of the ice viewing window. Now we are able to enjoy our drinks all day! Love this ice maker!!!
We got this a couple weeks ago after our fridge ice machine stopped working and we love it! It makes the ice so quick and keeps drinks cold. Great for parties! Great customer service and shipping!
I love this ice maker! I love the size of the ice cubes and how quick it makes the ice. It is perfect for our RV and I love having it while we travel. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!
I'm an ice snob. My fridge makes cloudy half-moon shaped ice that I despise, but replacing the fridge isn't in the budget anytime soon. I'd been buying bagged ice instead, but when the pandemic hit, it occurred to me that I was in danger of being quarantined in my house with nothing but those despised half-moon ice. Enter NewAir. This is really a gem of a machine... if you use distilled water, you'll end up with crystal clear cubes that are the perfect size for drinks. (Spring water works ok too, but the cubes won't have the same clarity.) The cubes come out a little wet, so it's best to empty the machine tray into a freezer tray and let them freeze up firmly before using. They'll freeze together a little, but they break apart pretty easily if you thump them with the bottom of a glass or something like that. I'm really pleased with my purchase and very happy that if I can control nothing else during this pandemic, at least I have great ice.
Have had this ice maker for about 4 months now . Makes quick ice and very clean clear ice . Would recommend can't beat it for the price . Fast customer service as well
I brought this ice maker about 2 months ago because I live in a apartment and they won't let me change the refrigerator this ice maker makes so much ice it is amazing my friends come over we party we drink we make daiquiris. I will never have to go to the corner store or gas station to buy ice again. Plus 2 of my friends brought the same ice maker after seeing how good mine worked one of them loves to eat ice.
I am an ice eater. I know that sounds funny, but I love ice in everything cold I drink. Sometimes I just love to chew ice. And so having a personal ice maker is amazing! And now, especially since it is getting hotter out, and my child will want cold drinks this summer, it is perfect! I am in Heaven!
Now I am very happy with my ice machine. I am impressed because products are not only wonderful in quality, but the designer of the products is impeccable, they are beautiful. Look how incredible, she makes clear ice every 7 minutes, up to 18 kg of ice a day.
I'm lost for words! I have NEVER replaced an appliance 3 times for the same issues! Your ice maker is faulty and you're taking customers for granted by wasting our time with the replacement that continues to carry on with the same issues! Maybe taking this company to court will clear this matter up! I'm tired of begging for a product that should work for more than 3 - 6 months, with only 2 adults using it! I've also noticed my complaints from before were never posted and you have to agree to add the 1 star on your rating is also a joke!
We've had this thing about 3 months. We don't have a large family it's just two people, so we use it for a few hours probably four nights a week. In this amount of time it has filled with water and not made ice, and now it just keeps the big clump of ice frozen to the area it should break out of and never comes out it just solidifies there with water running on it and freezing it more. It's really not a good product. We got this as a product to replace the last kind we had that had metal shards in the water, but I'm beginning to wonder if any of these ice makers are worth it.
