These hearing aides were a great value. Although I had to return this item the gentleman I bought them for could not understand how to use or charge them. Even had the wrong end in his ear. The return process was simple. Waiting for the refund.
I bought these for my mom. She said she really likes them and she can hear much better! One thing bothers her--they come out whenever to has to take off her face mask.
They don't work if you need to use the phone or head phones, There is a high about of sounds that you don't normally hear, like a pen dropping on the floor sounds like a hammer dropping on the floor. These work great for hearing everything but voices,
Items arrived charged and worked well, but the charging unit does not work(lights remain green). I have reached out for a replacement charger, but have not heard back (a week ago).
I want to return these could not get them to work or stay in ear/behind ear, plus the tips you put on them for in ear none where big enough to make a good fit. How do I get my money back
BEWARE this new ear amplifiers do not work! very disappointing for people with hearing loss needs this new ear digital hearing amplifiers. all i heard was painful feedback and the earbuds hurt ears! for $43 does not work! thank you to walmart.com customer service quick refund for defective items sold on walmart.com.
I am sad to say they did not work out. I had high hopes. with their prompt shipment, I thought this is a classy company. However, when the package was opened I was startled when one of the pair did not work at all. After a little work the other came on and was performing well. This unbalance was accepted, the company contacted, and I just tried getting with life awiting a promised replacement for the bad one. I thought maybe the first needed a fuller "recharge", so I put the pair onto the charge stand. Ooops, made a discovery! At first when putting them in the stand for recharge, they seemed firmly in; but they not. there's an extra push to seat them fully in the charge stand. This was not mentioned in the instruction. I had hoped this was the solution to the pair of aids - maybe there was a charge problem from the beginning. This might correct the whole set's problem. With a sadness to me was : it didnothing to restore either one to operation, try as I might. Though at the early arrival , the company was quite attentive via E mail, They seem to have now decided to ignore me.. I've gotten no additional mail or message since the early days. As they quit working after such a short time, I think I deserve to have a refund on the purchase. So far, it's been 1.5 weeks since my hearing aids came. Now what?
Unit has serious problems. Cannot fit securely on ear when line to ear is inserted into ear. Line too short. Can not easily adjust volume. Awkward charging unit. Looks like it was designed for a child to use.
One of the units didn't work at all and the other simply produced a hissing sound. Since I already deal with tinnitus that noise was not acceptable. I do not recommend anyone else buy this product. I would like to know how to return this and get a refund.
It worked only for an hour!!! I called and complained but thing was done about it. I even purchased the insurance for extra coverage!!! Not happy with this product at ALL!
