Most of the bandages I have used do not stay on. They curl and come off. This flexible bandage did stay on my finger and I was able to complete my job without getting debris in the wound. My finger stayed free from germs and foreign objects. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I have used several different types of bandages over the past 45 years, I have found Nexcare Soft n' Flex to be absolutely the VERY BEST! They are far superior to any other bandage I have ever tried! They stay in place when put on an area of your hand that has a lot of movement, the adhesive does not stay on your skin once the bandage is removed! I highly recommend them! AWESOME is the best way to describe them!
As a mechanic I get plenty of bumps and bruises and scrapes and cuts. And as a mechanic, I ALWAYS have to have a bandage somewhere on my hands or knuckle or somewhere. When I do get one on and have to wash my hands I usually lose it. They normally won't hold up to soap and water much less hand cleaners and grease and grime and you can forget about gasoline. Since I have found these wonderful bandages though, unless I get my hands in gasoline or diesel fuel, I actually get to pull the bandage off at night when I get home. If my hands aren't that nasty or the bandage will come clean in the shower, I can really get one to last a few days. I've never had them last as long as these. This in turn saves me money. nexcare / 3m is the best brand you can get in most stores. these bandges are great, and it's very important when you work with wood in a furniture factory and build furniture because your fingers have to bend all day long working and dealing with wood and machines daily.you have to have some that stay on and will stand up to demanding tasks. to me you hardly beat this brand, way to go nexcare / 3m keep up the good work / products.. My son has recently started walking and it seems as though every few minutes he falls and gets "booboos". I have tried every bandage out there and just when I think i've positioned it so that it will stay, it comes off! A few weeks ago, I tried the nexcare bandages and I fell in LOVE! They stay on through thick and thin and are so comfortable, he doesn't even know its on! I love them! Thank you NexCare! :)
My son cut his arm and went right for the Nexcare Soft N Flexible bandages. He cleaned it well and put on the bandage. It stayed on for a few days, even in the shower. Then he went on a field trip to what would be his new high school, and sat in the bleachers on the football field for a few hours while they talked about the school. While he was there, he managed to get a bit of sunburn. Near the end of the presentation, he looked down at his bandage and thought, "Oh no...." and he took the bandage off. What was left was a clean and healed up cut....and a nice white shape of a Nexcare bandage. See photo. :)
We love your products! The adhesive keeps the strips held in place through roller skating, climbing trees and every place my children play. Because they stay in place, I don't have to constantly replace the bandage. Your products cost more than the store brands, but are worth it! The idea that we can put one on in the morning and not have to replace it because it came off somewhere, is a great value. I can be assured the wound is protected from germs and that it is able to heal quickly. We also like the adhesive type. Other competitor bandages adhesives cause a red rash on our skin. Nexcare Soft 'n Flex Bandages are a must in every household. This bandage is flexible so it moves with you making it perfect for fingers, knees, elbows, anywhere where you need to move. It is soft, yet durable. If you have a cut or scrape, this bandage is perfect. It is also great to use on children. The bandage is great at keeping out dirt and germs and is breathable. Great coverage. The best part is they are latex free. Great for those with allergies to latex. You will want to keep plenty of these in your first aide kit. -I was checking out the brands and trying to find one that would stick and would feel natural as I do a lot of typing on my computer. This is just perfect for that. -Also, I like the Knee & Elbow size to cover larger areas. _ the size is 4" x 2" and that is what I need. I will be sticking with the Nexcare brand from now on...... -I've even been able to rinse off my dishes with water and they still stuck...this in NOT true with other brands. -GO OUT AND BUY NEXCARE 3M Brand next time you need bandages...you will soon be switching what brand you buy from now TAKE A CHANCE TO FIND THE PRODUCT THAT WORKS RIGHT AND THAT IS NEXCARE BY 3M [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
