Hi all... I brought this brand because it's suitable for vegetarians. It gives me a flush after 20 minutes and light itching which also stops after 20 minutes. I highly recommend it to everyone.
"flush free" form of niacin would not provide the benefit . The flush is what cleans out your veins and capillaries.
It gives you that "flushed effect" or whatever they call it. At first, I thought I am having an allergy, but after reading about niacin effects, I stopped using it. I will get the one hat says " flush free" .
