He doesn't smoke much but wanted to quit completely. He only smoked in the evenings or during his work. two or three cigarettes a day, this decreased noticeably now he only smokes a cigarette if only once a day. I plan to buy a box so I can leave it completely.

It's meant to help stop cravings, but you'll still smoke and have cravings. But if you stick with it after a few purchases it will be more beneficial to completely stop all the cravings. I'd buy it and would recommend if you're serious about quitting smoking.
