I've never used this product before and been apprehensive about it thinking it would taste bad. Surprisingly it tastes like a normal mint! It is very hard to open the bottle. I broke a nail trying to hold down the lever while opening the cap. Other than that it's small and compact so easy to take with you. Comes with instructions and tips. I smoked cigarettes for 13 years and was able to quit by switching to vaping nicotine but I haven't been able to quit vaping. This product makes it easy to quit because it doesn't taste like anything but a mint. So when I get the urge to vape I pop one of these in my mouth and the oral fixation of sucking on it helps too. The only thing I hate is trying to open the bottle but I suppose that's best to deter kids from eating it? I highly recommend if you're trying to quit nicotine but afraid you won't like the taste of the quitting products because I can't tell the difference between this and a regular mint.
