Starting chewing the gum and it instantly took away the urge to smoke. The key is to start with the 4 mg then wean your way down to the 2mg.
When I quit smoking I began chewing the gum, it helped cravings. I buy from Sam's because it is the best price I have found (even with coupons at other locations). I wish they would carry the cinnamon flavor for variety.
the product is great but there is a problem with the app. it keeps locking up and i cant order more.

I wish I had never started using this gum! I smoked for 10 years then used this gum for 10 years! My hair was falling out, My teeth were cracking. Loss of taste. For me, it was one addiction to another and I'm still fighting it thousands and thousands of dollars later! These chemicals are just as addictive as cigarettes. I wish there had been more steps 4mg, 3mg, 2mg, 1mg? I don't know what would have worked but I know I am not the only person who has struggled.
