[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mint flavor is a great taste. The product will work but you have to make sure your using it properly. You chew the gum slow until it tingles. Then you put it between your cheek and gum. When the tingle is over, begin chewing again until the tingle returns. You repeat this process for about 30 minutes or until most of the tingle is gone. DO NOT eat or drink atleast 15 minutes before chewing. They suggest to use 9 pieces per day for the first 6 weeks to improve your chances of quitting. Week 1 -6 use i piece every 1 -2 hours, weeks 7 -8 1 piece every 2 - 4 hours and weeks 10-12 every 4 to 8 hours.

The nicotine is strong and is curbing my urges to want to smoke a cigarettes. I also love that this gets rid of the stinky smell of a cigarette.
