We tried two other appliances ( both high end juicers) before getting this unit. This is much better than the juicers. Easier cleanup as we don't have to mess with the pulp waste. This unit does a great job of making the whole fruit and/or vegetables completely drinkable as a smoothie. The mid sized mixer bowl does a very credible job of kneading dough also. You can't go wrong getting this model of the Ninja !
After a few weeks of use, we are pleased with our purchase. Did not expect miracles but it does seem to handle all that we stuff into the containers & blend.
Struggling to crush ice and make the ultimate smoothie is long and gone in my house. This monster demolishes every the largest of frozen items! I am super excited I tossed out the ole blender. Welcome to my abode Ninja!
My wife absolutely loves this thing! She has told me to "get rid" of our other two blenders. She says the Ninja is so much more powerful, and does a much better job.
I had been looking into purchasing a Ninja for a few months, but wan't sure if it was worth the money. I had finally decided on purchasing the $179.00 model at Walmart when I found out Sams had the same Ninja for $10.00 less AND an instant coupon for $30.00 off! I was happy to purchase the extended warranty and still spend $10.00 less than I would have at Walmart. I have used the Ninja daily for over a month and have had no issues. I have used it for smoothies, pureeing food, and dough! Worth every penny. I especially love the single serve blending cup, I will be asking for extra cups for Christmas. ;)
This machine does it all and if u can get a price that suits u buy it.
Great product! Got rid of my old blender and old food processor in favor of the Ninja. I use it every morning to make fresh smoothies for us and I use the food processor as well. Because the base is so lightweight, it's not a hassle to get in and out of the cabinet. The powerful motor and unusual blade system make short work of whatever I'm using it for. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen.
This machine is pure power, excellent job crushing chopping & making dough. My daughter made her son a "slushy", it was like Italian ice from a carnival. He loved it & it only took 30 seconds instead of 5mins with my slushy maker. For the price, I wish other blades were included.
I love my Ninja and when my mom started asking me questions about mine I knew I had to get her one for Christmas. It has a wide variety of uses with the various containers and does a great job. I wish it was a little quieter but overall a great product.
I have had this blender for about 5 months. We use the single serve cup at least twice a day and sometimes more. My only complaint is that the blades on the blending lid for the single serve have become loose twice. The first time it happened I contacted Ninja and they sent a replacement. This time I think we will have to return it and find something that can handle the usage. We make green smoothies and it blends the spinach and kale very nicely.
