This is my biggest assistant in the kitchen. It has so many functions that any cooking recipe will become a masterpiece with it. It is only important to simply familiarize yourself with the menu that is included in it and enjoy the simplicity of cooking. Most of all, I like to bake potatoes on it, it turns out delicious with a handkerchief and it's very fast. I also like to make grilled meat on it, which also very quickly turns out to be extremely tasty. The only drawback of this product is only that it is very large, but at the same time it is a plus because it contains a lot of products at home. Very easy to clean is also important.

This one lid unit has the element and pressure cooker lid all in one. I have baked roll in it , made chili, stews soups . But it's my daughter's favorite for her quick school lunches. Her chicken wings are fine in 6 minutes. I have experimented with an enchilada casserole with the steam crisp the inside was perfect and the top was crisp yummy cheese. We are all fans!! I made homemade Calzones tonight and they were amazing. I can't say enough about the capabilities this thing has. I can't wait to proof bread , my family loves benefiting from my new toy !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Ninja Food XL Pressure Cooker is your everyday cookers dream product.I'm like a kid in the candy store with this amazing kitchen tool.I was able to make so many dishes including stew,steam fried chicken,and even homemade bread.This is by far one of the best of it's kind.I gladly threw away my air fryer in place of this.The amount of foods you can make all with the same machine,with so many different styled cooking textures is sure to impress.You turn on the power button,add water and slide the the lever to whichever setting you want,it's pretty simple to use.The settings are steam fryer(right) then set your temperature and timer,steam crisp(middle) set your temperature and timer,and pressure cooker(left) settings are hi and low and set your timer.Food never tasted so good,and on a hectic schedule this is now my family's life saver.
We don't use our stove much anymore we use the pressure cooker and the grill for most of our cooking it's much easier and faster and clean up is easer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to call this an entire kitchen in one because it is definitely a multi-tool. It can be used to pressure cook, slow cook, air fry, dehydrate, steam, bake or roast, sous vide and as a small broiler. The first thing you will notice is how big and heavy this appliance is. It does take some getting used to since the lid remains attached and this is a top-loading machine including when trying to stir or shake contents. The lid is hinged to the base of the unit so only swings open/shut. One of my goals with this product is to find one device that can replace many, and that is certainly Ninja's goal as well. All that being said this thing takes up a lot of counter top space and requires even more while in use. It is too heavy to consider carrying it around to some place to store it when I'm not using it. Everything is non-stick one needs to use utensils that do not have exposed metal that would scrape or scratch the non-stick surfaces. The cord has a useful length. This device does get very hot and in the case of a pressure cooker a user will often be forced to move the hot device that is under pressure. This didn't take much to get going – initially washed all removable components and then did the test pressure run as recommended in the user guide. Initial test was to quick air fry some fries and this worked well although definitely a little different in mechanics from a sliding basket since this is a top loader. The beeping is a decent volume. Cooking options also include the ability to layer the appropriate foods and utilize the steam/crisp or steam/bake options. There are some recipes in the recipe book about how to layer things such as rice with vegetables and chicken. If I had to sum up this particular model I would say that it is aimed at larger families, probably with larger kitchens. This is a larger and heavier than average piece of cookware but the trade off is that it can replace quite a few things in your kitchen. I strongly recommend this appliance for everyone who cooks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Foodie 14-in-1 8qrt. XL Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer with Smartlid is quite a product. Its like a intire kitchen all in one pot. It air frys, steams, pressure cooks, and you can cook up to three different dishes at once. It bakes cakes, streams veggies, and air fries your french fries, which is by far healthier then frying with oil. Thecsmart lid makes sure not to over cook whatever yourmaking, and once you get it down, its super easy to use. I do want to say it hugh and heavy. So take into account where your going to put it. It does work remarkable abd the food taste great and fresh and it is pretty easy to clean. Everything comes out for easy cleaning.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new favorite kitchen appliance. I love that I don't have to have a separate lid to steam and then air fry. You can easily cook a whole meal at one time, in the same pot. I've also been able to get rid of my pot and basket and make sticky rice in 12 minutes. I'm so excited to keep trying new recipes. This ninja can make it all!
Absolutely wonderful and easy to use and clean. Love the 1 lid!!! Can't wait to utilize all the functions. A must have addition to everyone's Ninja collection. I gifted my 8 qt 12 in 1 to my daughter in law (which she absolutely loves) and upgraded to this 14 in 1. Best decision I've made.
I am a past user of an into foodie I have a 6.5 quart one. Decided to upgrade this one for my birthday. I have no complaints now everything is great I love the steam and crisp, I love the air fry the broil is awesome. I steamed and 6 and 1/2 lb chicken and it was lovely I'll add a photo. There's only one thing that I don't like about it when you pressure cook and you wait to open the lid after it's all done the remaining water comes running down the lid and lands in a puddle right there on the hinge. So if you don't have paper towels ready the water can kind of just go everywhere.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Foodi XL is very substantial- it feels very well made. It opens to the side, not the back, and has a foot to prevent it from tipping. It is huge and heavy- definitely XL! Lots of room to cook things but also difficult to store. You are not supposed to use it under cabinets -there is only a 3” clearance under my cabinets. This makes it difficult to maneuver. I am considering a cart to keep it on unless I can find something to help me easily slide it out. On the other hand, because this machine is so versatile, I can get rid of my slow cooker. There are lots of cooking options - it is even a little intimidating at first. Options include pressure cook, slow cook, steam, air fry. I was happy that a recipe book was included. I wish there were a video tour available via the included QR code. There is a three position slider on the lid. Depending on the position of the slider, the lid can be opened while cooking. The display even reminded me to turn/ shake my air fried food halfway through the cooking time. I am still a little concerned about getting burned by the heating element or escaping air when I open it. So far I am very happy with the results and I am pleased with the ease of clean-up. I wish that the wire racks were nicer and that there was something to make it somewhat easier to remove the hot basket/rack/pot.
