[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a member of Bazaarvoice TryItSampling and received for free a Ninja Foodi Cold and Hot Blender to sample and give my honest feedback on. I could not hold back my tears when I got the blender out of the box. I knew this would be my first and only blender I would ever need. The first thing I made was a margarita and it was fantastic. I went to clean it and just put a drop of dish liquid with water and stood in amazement to watch itself clean. You can make frozen drinks, smoothies and even crushed ice for snow cones. Also I can make soups, sauces and even chopped peppers, onions and garlic and add them in some salsa. It comes with a 64oz glass pitcher, 12 preset auto IQ smart programs and a 1400 peak watt motor and a 25 recipe inspiration guide. I would recommend this to everyone.
I will never buy another smoothie!!!! I'm constantly being asked to make smoothies and I am loving it. I can't wait to make soup!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just can't give this appliance enough praise!!! To be honest, I had my doubts at first. A blender that heats and makes ice cream?? One of my favorite fall treats is Butternut Squash soup from a chain restaurant. I used the recipe included and made this deliciousness! My husband was just as amazed as I was! This product is everything it promises and more! I must mention, although it is perfect for my family of two a larger family may not find it practical.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this 4+ times per week since I got it. I love soup and now it is so quick and easy to make. The Ninja Foodi Cold/Hot blender sautes first and when done I add the rest of the ingredients. Not only do I use less pots and pans (less clean up) but I no longer have to cut ingredients into small pieces. I have sensitive eyes and cutting onions burns but with this blender I only have to quarter them, add butter and it does the sauteing. It the first picture you can see the size of the butternut squash I used. No shredding or chopping into small pieces. The unit heats up and chops a little and cooks. Then more chopping etc, until the very end when it blends until smooth. Also, the unit buzzes before each chop so that you can make sure the lid is on (you can open a hole on top to add ingredients or spices. When done, the soup is hot and ready to serve and all you have to clean up is the one unit. BTW, it also has a button to auto clean if items get stuck inside (I have not had that happen yet). I have made so many different smooth soups and my friends are thrilled. I have become the go to person when home made soup is yearned for. They just bring me the ingredients and containers to bring them the soup LOL. While I haven't made hearty soups yet I have made sauces. Picture #4 is from my first attempt at Alfredo sauce. So fast , easy and delicious. The Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender comes with a recipe book with delicious recipes to start with and suggestions on how to whip up your own recipe. I believe every home needs this. Soup & sauces in winter and frozen drinks & desserts in the summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ninja Foodi cold and hot is so amazing. I used the recipe that came with it for the tomato basil soup and it turned out so yummy. Super easy! I was intrigued at the process. The last step that turns it into a smooth soup takes 30 minutes. The soup was piping hot! I decided to go ahead and also make the recipe provided for chicken noodle soup. I added my vegetables at the wrong step so it chopped them up but still tastes so good. The fact that you can throw in raw chicken and it cooks it, is so awesome. I added egg Noddles when there was 6 minutes left in the last step. Up next.....ice cream!
I bought the Ninja Hot/Cold about a month ago,I finally tried it out the other day and it did not disappoint! I've made Piña Coladas twice now. The first time I used Reg I e tubes from my trays which I thought was going to be a challenge to crush up the cubes but to my surprise it was No Challenge for the blender. I'm excited to try some Soup recipes in it but man I have become a Huge Ninja Appliance Aficionado!
I am so happy with this this product. Have no tried every feature yet but I'm working on it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW!!! From the moment my Ninja blender was delivered, I knew we were instore for new and exciting experiences. Needless to say, we weren't disappointed. The box was really heavy, which made me think that this was made well and would last a lifetime. Once we opened the box, we were speechless. The top locks in place to ensure there arent any accidents during use; especially when blending warm/hot ingredients. You also NEVER have to worry about NOT having the pitcher truly in place because there's an arrow on both the base and pitcher for accuracy. I cant tell you how many blenders blades I've destroyed when I thought it was set, but wasn't. 1st item made was a smoothie. Not only was it FAST, but it was a no brainer on which speed to use, because there's a Smoothie button that takes over, making you a smoothie that I'd put up against any smoothie chain. Well now it was time for a more adult beverage. WHAT!!! My pinacolada was delicious! I've never placed hot items in a blender, but I can assure you that with my Ninja, I'm looking for the perfect salsa recipe, because I have no fear!!! Best addition to my kitchen appliances in years!
I bought this almost 2 week ago. This blender works really well. The soup came out really wonderful and also smoothie was great , too However taking care of it is a little bit tricky. Whenever I used it, It was hard to wash it. But I can handle it. But the problem is that water get stuck between the glass jar and the base (in the picture) It didn't dry after several days. I‘m worried about getting mold in that area. I wonder if other people have the same problem or is it just this product.
