My 9 year old son got this for his birthday recently he loves it and so do I. The whole family can't stop playing the Brain Age game that came with it. My son has to ask me where I last played it so he can have it back. This is def. a step up from the gameboy I am glad we waited till he was 9 to get it.
I was very satisfied with this bundle pack. The colors of the new DS make it look sleek and stylish and the DS is just a really fun game system to play for anyone of any age. The Brain Age 2 game is even better than the first one. The games are more challenging but it has most of the basic features of the old game. The case is another good product too. It protects your DS and can hold 4 other games in it. The case looks very professional and makes an adult look like they aren't holding a "kiddie" video game. Anyways if you are a first time buyer of a Nintendo DS then this is the product to buy!
Just like most folks, I use computers for everything so I was amazed when I could not perform calculations or spell without the help of a pc. This game has made me focus more and my brain has definitely come alive. I would recommend this game to anyone who just wants to stay sharp. After watching me, a few of my co-workers and my beautician decided to purchase it. One lady even purchased it for her father who has early stages of Alzheimer's.
i love this little gadget! the unique colors are beautiful and the package combo make the price completely worth the value! the only peeve i have is the lack of functionality in the case. it holds three games but it is difficult to take them out and put them in the slots due to the material. definitely recommend getting an accessory case after purchasing this beauty.
The nintendo ds/ brain age 2 pack is an awesome value! The crimson ds is unique with its red and black coloring. The bonus carrying case is very helpful because it serves as a game carrier and safety cover for the ds. Brain age 2 is a great game because it challenges the player to think quickly and creatively. I play this game daily and would reccommend it to people of all ages.

My wife has wanted one of these since playing with our grandkids DS. Walmart had the crimson bundle and game on sale in time for our anniversary. Thanks, the DS is one of her favorite gifts.

Great product for the value. If you don't own a DS or just want to pick up a newer one, then this is the package for you. The same price that the DS originally costed when it first launched in 04, this sweet little deal comes with the first mutli-colored DS lite, the new Brain Age 2 game, AND a carrying case that houses both the DS and up to 4 games. Unlike other DS lites this module only has the glossy plastic on its top half - the red part. The rest is smooth, un-glossy jet black. Its an amazingly smooth combination and, when viewing it in person, really packs a punch!
My DS Lite has quickly become one of my favorite gadgets, but I'd skip on Brain Age 2. The game got old, fast, and I never play it anymore. Buy a DS Lite without a game bundled in and then just buy what you want.
