When I purchased this DS XL, underneath it said “condition: new”. However, there's multiple scratches on the bottom part and a little on the sides indicating a previous owner. It works so far, but I would've preferred to know what I purchasing wasn't actually in the condition it said it was. Maybe reconditioned or refurbished would be better words to use for condition terms.
Ad says new and it's super used, after using it one time it stopped working and Walmart said I could return it to the store but the store won't let me return it so basically I was robbed of $150 for a gift for my 9 year old daughter
I just received this,hoping to give it to my little sister for her birthday tomorrow however it came broken the screen won't work or even turn on I wasted $150 just to get something broken, very disappointing…costumer service is alright I guess let's see how long it takes to respond though🤷♀️
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! Items listed as new that are very used. I tried to contact seller about misleading and inaccurate description on three different occasions with the same response back Walmart. Com stated you received your order if we can help you in any other way let us know…..
i returned my item almost 3 weeks ago and still didnt get a refund.
I love ordering from walmart but lately there has been issues with my orders.
DSI games can't find and it's old and it cost to much to buy, I was hoping it was a good buy but it wasn't
They advertise as new but it is used. Came with bottom screen and case scratched. Just hope when I give it to my son it will work.
I bought the DS and in the first week of using it i couldn't play for more than 5 minutes because it was turning off automatically, i dont know if the battery was not working but it was impossible to play.
I was under the impression that this was not refurbished. No where did it state that. It didn't come as pictured. It came with the console and cord. I will be returning the product
