This company sent me a Japanese version of the game… box is in terrible condition. Borderline scammers. Will be getting a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM GEEK ALLIANCE!
This item was being display as the American version but instead they sent you the Japanese version with is much cheaper
These people are a bunch of scammers I ordered a Nintendo switch oled and besides it being late what I received was ridiculous I spent a little over $340 and all I received was a pop it toy not even worth $1 I am furious I hope Walmart stops these scammers thankful Walmart refunded me but this is ridiculous
The image is the U.S. edition of the Nintendo switch package which is a little more expensive and I paid extra for. The item they sent was the Japanese version and you can tell from the bottom corners this box was opened before and probably returned
you will NOT be getting the english version! Do not be fooled by these scammers. they charge you and make you think your getting the english switch just to send you the Japanese. Thankfully the adapter is the same so i can still use it but all they said they could do was a return. I am very upset. I wanted the English version, if i was going to get a Japanese i would have ordered one and got it for cheaper. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
Sent a USED Japanese version of the legend of Zelda oled switch. Box opened not sealed, box corners broken. Walmart won't help. Place won't send the right switch, saying to return the other switch only if it's “new.” Can't be new if they sent a used repackaged switch. I didn't realize Walmart sent this via third party and now I am out money and time. Used and repackaged!
I received a Japanese version of this item along with a note telling me to simply ignore the fact that this was NOT what I ordered. There is no serial number on the screen part of the hardware and I don't speak Japanese, so I can't verify if this is indeed the Nintendo brand and/or if it's the OLED version. And from the note, I'm just supposed to take their word for it - when they've clearly already misrepresented their item. I don't think so. This is called a bait and switch. Massive fail. Massively disappointed.
I purchased it as shown a US nintendo switch oled zelda edition. I received a Japanese version. in the pictures, you can see it is a US version, and the description never stated it to be anything other than what is advertised. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. SCAM!
The product was not from Walmart directly, and what I received was not as described. What was shipped is NOT the OLED version, the box is clearly different. The language on the box was also not in english and looks asian. Lastly, it looks like a refurbished model. I'm very disappointed and specifically bought one that showed english writting in the description and pictures. This will be sent back.
This seller sells buyers Japanese versions without disclosing up front. This seller uses US images of their product in advertising. Please check Walmart.com refund policy before buying.
