A friend who travels a lot for business recommended this product and for many years now my husband and I won't fly without taking No Jet Lag with us. We've noticed no side effects and the rewards from taking it are great. Your circadian rhythm adjusts more quickly than normal and you don't feel like you've been beaten up. My husband and I first used this product on a trip to Australia. Without No Jet Lag, we used to have to stay home on the couch for two days. With Jet Lag, we've been able to attend family parties. Well worth trying.
I've used this product for 3 or 4 years now and love it! We travel to Europe 2 to 3 times a year, and No Jet Lag has made the time jump so much less painful. I forgot to pack it a few trips back, and believe me -- I felt the difference!! Not fun, but great "experiment" to prove to myself that it really does work. Safe, no side effects, cheap -- and it will save you from a world of hurt!!

I travel sometimes up to 28 hrs to time zones 7-9 hrs ahead. This stuff really really works. Hard to believe, but every time ive used it, the jet lag is greatly diminished and i get over it quickly.
Just returned from trip to Europe, have used this product before and again found it helpful in overcoming 6 hour time difference. Will definitely continue to use when traveling over several time zones.
