[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my first trip with bag. It's been great as I took it to Europe and it allowed me to bring a smaller checked bag for the long trip. The bag is high quality, looks really nice and packs very well.
I truly put this bag to the test. I consistently max out the expandable storage (32L to 40L). The shoulder straps on this backpack are incredibly strong and durable. When putting on the backpack, I grab it by one shoulder strap while the bag is fully loaded (40L worth of gym accessories, apparel etc.) and it shows no sign of wear and tear. I'm actually impressed that one shoulder strap can support all the gear I put in it. The potential to organize the contents of this bag is immense too. For additional organization, I recommend getting some Nomatic packing cubes. Just in case you're wondering, both side pockets can hold a giant 1L water bottle. The stretchy zipper side pockets are such a joy to use.
Just got my bag yesterday. Everything looks good. Can't wait to use it for an international trip in August. So far my experience with customer service has been amazing.
Gift for a friend who was going on a week long Honeymoon. She loved it, as able to get all she needed in it without checking a bag

This bag has everything I have been searching for in a travel pack. I love all of the zipper pockets to keep odds and ends in place and not only are they on the inside of the bag they are also on the outside which is a major game changer. I dislike opening my entire bag to retrieve things while at a busy airport or bus station. I can often times be a little over zealous with souvenirs as well so I love that the pack expands. I would love for it to come in a slate Grey or a deep blue grey and I would be sold!!!

What scratch? What dent? The back pack was perfect in very way!! I will bring one thing to your attention. The first person you sold this to returned it. Her Invoive / mailing slip was still in the box. Probably an oversight. I have purchased 7 NEW Nomatic products over the past few years. I was glad I grabbed the scratch and dent product when I did. They went FAST. I have had my eye on the Navigator 32L for sometime, so I was thrilled to get a perfectly flawless back pack for half the price. Thanks, Team Nomatic!
