I take them every morning before a meal. I have noticed that my memory has enhanced, I find myself remembering small details that I would regularly forget. Definitely helps with vitality and cognition. Days are clearer and not so groggy in the late morning.
I was actually looking for a mushroom supplements that had all different kind of mushrooms for cognition, immunity, gut health etc such as the chaga , reishi, cordyceps , lions mane etc . It look me a while to stumble upon this amazing product . I take it on an empty stomach before the meal and after the intake there is a sudden upsurge of energy . This is the best product out there on the market and I am looking to using this product on a long term basis.

I've been ingesting bulk mushroom powders for years, with a few staple items: Reishi, Cordyceps, Shitake and Lions Mane. I'm glad this supplement lists these particular mushrooms with distinct included quantities, basically 133mg each per capsule. Also, their proprietary blend adds an additional 133mg of their mix per capsule.The product also carries requisite badges: FDA inspected facility, GMP. Thus I imagine it's a copacker, that produces and packages the supplement, which is commonplace. Not a detail that affects or detracts from the product or company. Just information about the general state of supplement manufacturemarketing.)The Reishi and Shitake mushrooms are extracts, which would increase their potency. However, there is no further information regarding the specifics of the extract. Lack of this kind of information is disappointing.The cost of the product might seem high, but it is the convenience factor. The only downside to these capsules that I have experienced is that they don't taste the greatest but that is pretty much to be expected. Just wash them down real quick and you are good to go. There is no after taste to these like other supplements, so that is a bonus. Overall I think that these are of good quality ingredients and I do believe that there are good benefits of these extracts especially now.
Good product, helps with immune and fatigue
It is very hard to evaluate a supplement as we can't really tell the quality in regards to the benefit to the body or not.I can say that I have had no issues or negative thing to say about them. No bad taste, no health issues, so as far as I can tell, they are great. I just hope they are helping internally also.
