Very easy to take. Per my nurse's instruction, I should take these before going to bed at night to get maximum benefits and it doesn't upset my stomach or keep me awake.
Ultimate Omega was recommended by a friend. Ultimate Omega has a welcomed lemon taste without the classic fishy after taste. Quality is highest you can find by far! Had one experience with customer service folks over the phone and they were top notch, efficient, and just super helpful. The product is worth a try not only for the quality but also because of the helpful customer service folks that make up and stand behind the Nordic Naturals company!
Be mindful that if you take this after eating any Meal, you will be having a strong after taste of fish oil. And burping. So take it after a regular meal with no fish.

Ultimate omega is great. Just a solid choice. You know it's from good sources, but you also you can't feel the difference after consistently taking. It has quite literally changed my life for the better (Along with my other supplements I take for health). Physically what I've noticed is my hair skin and nails are strong and growing. Also my mental health has improved dramatically. That's my favorite part. This is essential for us!! Worth investing

My eye doctor recommended this product to me. I told her I had tried several products in the past and could not take them. Always burbing up a fish taste, and feeling sick on stomach. I finally gave in and purchased a bottle. That was years ago and i wouldn't go a day without taking my pill. No side effects ever. I have several friends that I have hooked up. My eyes or skin are not as dry because I take my pills daily. Thank you for a wonderful product.
The proof is in the poop. The first thing I noticed was how great it looked! I also felt a true energy boost within 2 days, and my sleep also improved immensely right away! I definitely have baby hairs growing, and it has only been 3 weeks! My only complaint is that the shipping is really slow so make sure you allow extra time so you don't run out. My most recent purchase of Ultimate Omega+CoQ10 was the ‘Bonus Size' but it contained only 90 capsules and my previous purchase had 120 capsules. The container is larger but that's not the ‘bonus,' is it?
