I do a lot of smaller size portions when I cook. with that said, this pan hits the spot for my use. I can do lobster, crab legs and Salmon very well in this. it also works well for lamb, pork and beef. I made some real good hamburger with this. also can do some scallops well in this. it cleans up real easy. just be sure to use non metallic scrub tools, Teflon,etc this is a good heavy duty pan, it should last for a long time, for me. I liked so well I bought another one at Walmart instore.
After many many years of broiling on the large pan that come with the range, I finally had a thought that there must be something smaller out there. I bought this set at Wal-mart for $15.97. There are only two of us and this size is PERFECT!! The non-stick quality is excellent, cleans up quickly - nothing sticks. The last time it was used it did not get washed right away [I had to go out and hubby just left it in the sink ;( ] so it did take more effort to get it spotless. I've cooked steaks and chicken with no problems with the fat drainage. The description states the drip pan can be used as a cake pan which I have not tried but it is possible. It is dishwasher safe (which I did not know) but I have never put a broiler pan in the dishwasher, I hand wash right after using. I highly recommend this broiler pan.
Small kitchen, small sink go hand in hand. A standard size broiler pan is impossible to wash. This broiler pan is perfect. It holds 2 good size steaks, and is much easier to lift out of the broiler. I would definitely recommend this item to family and friends.
I've used this only once so far. I did 2 NY strip steaks on it, but it could've fit 4. It cleaned easily in the sink, and then I stuck it in the dishwasher (everything I own goes in the dw). I don't know how long it will last, but so far I'm v happy.
Just looking for a basic broiling pan to cook meat. Coated part cleans up easy. Non-coated part a little tougher to clean. Best price for a basic cookware item.

We bought this broiler pan online when we couldn't FIND one IN THE STORE. Turns out it was in the store all along. We just couldn't locate it in the housewares department. $14.87 sounded like a reasonable price. But it's about HALF the SIZE we expected it to be for a broiler pan. It IS sufficient for ONE STEAK. Good thing my husband and I always SHARE one!
I am not a cook because of the nasty cleanup, but this product is wonderful. Just the right size!
