My husband uses this at work. They are required to use unbreakable dishes and the Nordic Ware is the best we have found. The set was a great value.
I purchased divided dinner plates similar to those found in this combination product some 12-15 years ago. I was thrilled to find them on line because I have bee unable to find them recently in any store. I wanted this specific product because these divided plates have withstood the test of time better than any similar product. Most important feature: Foods do not leach into it or cause distortion during heating like they do with molded plastic (especially tomato based items). The plate is sturdy and stacks well. The only down side: You do need to treat the lid with a little caution and avoid the bottom dishwasher rack. To those who think it's too small - You are being fooled by an optical illusion. My original plates are a creamy beige color and I too thought they were larger than these until I stacked them together - they are identical. The old plates have been more than adequate to hold a dinner large enough to satisfy any adult or ravenous teenager.
I thought this was a great purchase. And it was... it was just a lot smaller than I thought it would be. For something that I could cook in it is very small. it is not for a family style cookware just for storage and good lunch containers to put in the microwave.
Terrible set. Very thin plastic , lids dont fit and cant snap on. Its also ugly looking. Its very hard to find nice microwave cookware.
the lids never not once stayed on!! they are sooo small
Lids would not go on, and if I did get it on, just fell off. They are also a lot smaller than the pictures. I returned them to the store.
These plates were tiny. If they had been in the store where we could see them we would not have purchased them. These are children-size dishes. Too small for "normal" size meals.
