I love my Nordic ware gingerbread mold .
Love this cake pan. It's great for out holiday tradition of baking and gifting gingerbread. Now instead of plain loaves, we can do it in the house shape and decorate it accordingly.
The size seems perfect to hold a pound cake recipe. The material looks heavy and durable.
This seems to be a great quality pan. I didn't have my typical cake pan spray, and just buttered and floured and only one small section on top separated when removing from pan. This is a great size, serves several. Beautiful when lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
This is my first attempt at doing anything crafty with a cake but the mold made it easy and the cake just fell out of the mold. No sticking or burning. Now after years of losing the annual desert contest this time I am looking forward to it.
