awesome cake for my daughter's 1st birthday party. the small details get kind of lost, and it is hard to get frosting in the deep crevices. really turned out cute tho. i baked 3 cake mixes (i should have only done 2-2.5 because it overflowed onto the sheet i had below it. i did 325°f for msybe 2 hours (checking every 20 min) because i wanted it to get cooked evenly. took me 1.5 hours to frost it (did this step next day, when it was room temp) but i am no professional. cleaned pretty easy with a brush then sponge (did use spray with flour in it before pouring mix). now it is in fridge as a jello mold (used 2 boxes of jellow)
