Excellent quality as far as fit and finish. Overall performance and smoothness is great. We had a Lifefitness unit for almost 20 years and this Nordic Track is on par! Price to value is very fair!
I am so glad I purchased my NordicTrack AIrglide. It is smooth as butter and provides the best cardio workout for me. I have become addicted to the iFit workout series and can't wait to complete the next “episode”. The 14” screen is ideal and it is very quiet except for when the incline changes. It's a minor inconvenience for an otherwise perfect machine.
I upgraded from my decade old NordicTrack elliptical to this one and it was worth every penny. Great new features with iFit, the new screen is larger and clearer, the machine itself feels more well made and beefier, and it has a greater range of incline and resistance that offers a greater challenge and a better workout.
I bought the Airglide 14 earlier this year and I absolutely love it. I had a much older Nordictrack elliptical machine that finally wore out. The new version is so much better! It has so many options and I use it every day!
This machine is great. It's sturdy and feels solid when in motion. The ifit workouts are challenging and include a lot of variety. The built in fan is nice and the addition of Netflix and prime videos ensures I am entertained. My only complaint is that there is no cell phone holder.
I purchased this machine to add to my other iFIT NordicTrack machines. Really awesome machine. Glide is really smooth with large footpads with extra cushion which adds to comfort. And I am obsessed with iFIT so just one more extra perk for this machine
I've been useing the NordicTrack AirGlide 14i Elliptical for about a month now (5 times per week 30min sessions). It took some getting used to. It's not as smooth as a Precor elliptical that most gyms carry. Once I got used to the shorter less fluid glide It was just "OK", not great, not I love it but it's "OK". The extra large display could be cool, unfortunately it's everything they don't offer that makes it pointless. Large screen that you can't stream any apps (like Youtube or Netflix), the buttons are really small and on a large monitor that's akward and impossible to navigate while in motion useing the elliptical. the iFIT feature is really funny, I guess if you need that kind of over enthusiastic coach to get you going then maybe it has value. The default "I just wanna elliptical" is a series of strange menues (they don't want you useing this feature they want you to use iFIT). Over all It's "OK" I'm using it, I get a good cardio workout, the fan is great. I wish they'd just get rid of the big screen, give me a simple manaual control or make the screen useful and something I want, you know a feature instead of a sales gimmick.
Initially I was loving it, but after about 15-20 day it started making bad noises and cracks. It seems the assembly I paid for was not done properly. I've been trying to get assistance, but responses have been sparse. They asked me to send a video, which I did, and I have yet to get another response.
First off, I am a pretty avid exerciser, but this is so difficult to move the pedals even on Level 1. Then the iFit is not working properly and after over 2 hours with the rep, they send another screen only to have that not work. Then I get an email asking how I like the machine, so I tell him about the issues. No response. Crickets
This machine does not come with any of the basic workouts. The only workouts are the iFit workouts where you watch someone running (which required a paid membership - I have it). I want to custom make my own workout, not follow someone else. I did so much research before purchasing this expensive machine, and am so disappointed.
