Makes excellent bundt cakes. Mine ended up arriving as an online order with a red outer shell which for me was preferred. Nonstick and easy to clean.
I love my bundt pan however what I see in the pic is not the bundt pan I received. It was yellow Nordic bundt pan! I did go to the store and saw that there were plenty of the one shown above. It could be the person who picked the item for me that gave me the incorrect bundt pan but it works just a bit more shallow.
My wife loves her pan ... We looked for a long time to try and find a pan that wasn't overpriced and this one is great. The price was right and it made a great cake!
Nice patina be careful to wash carefully and you can use it with spray on oil. I usually do not flour and cakes come out fine.
Much better product than the silicone bundt pan I had. My cake was evenly browned. Next time, I will spray with Pam and then dust with flour before adding the batter. Overall , I am very pleased.
I love Nordic Ware pans. They are wonderful quality, easy to care for, and easy to use. The Bundt pan is one of my favorites because it's suitable for any occasion. I highly recommed it. I also find that using Baker's Joy spray is better than buttering and flouring the pan. Cakes just slide right out.
very basic bundt pan is different than pictured, prefer a premium nordic ware pan. not big enough for scratch cakes for me. already owned this pan, wanted to upgrade to a bigger heavier pan.
The material that the pan was made out of, was to light for a good cake. I exchanged it for a better one.
When I first bought the pan it was great. After using about four times, my cakes started sticking. Nothing had changed in prep for the cake. This morning I missed a luncheon because my lemon pound cake tore apart when I removed it from the pan. Very disappointed.
Even though I prepared the pan before baking in it, the food still stuck and it took absolutely forever to clean it afterwards. Will never use it again.
