Makes great evenly sized pancakes. Durable cast iron and made in USA!
I love this product because it takes that thinking out of how much batter to use to make the perfect size pancake. I rarely make pancakes but when I do they are never round but some odd shape. By using this pan to prepare your pancakes, your pancakes will always be the same size. For folks like me who burn half of what I cook, the non-stick surface helps the pancakes just slide off the pan. I love this pan.
I got this pan for my father who had fond memories of his cousin making swedish pancakes with a pan like this when he was a kid. Unlike cast iron, the pan works well on flat top stoves, and makes pouring and flipping pancakes onto a plate really fun and easy. I've only used the product once so i can't attest to its durabilty over time, but so far, i would recommend this product to anyone who was in the market for a swedish pancake pan.
My pancakes turn out great on this pan. Wish the company had a similar one for larger size pancakes
Makes perfectly sized and shaped pancakes. Using this pancake pan makes for faster cooking, too. Love it!
No more comments from my husband about the weird shapes of my home made pancakes. With this pan they are perfectly round everytime. Works great, non stick and cooks evenly.
Very nice and durable. Only problem, you can only put a little batter in each circle or it will overflow.
This product is a casted part. The casting has many spurs and burs on the cook surface area. The non-stick coating has already started to come off. When cooking on a gas stove top, the heat is not consistant across the entire surface. The uneven heating causes hot spots where the food cooks too fast and other areas where it cooks slowly.
