I's important to look inside the box to ensure that what you ordered is included. My pink lights came in a box with multicolored lights illustrated
I ordered 4 20 ct. battery operated pink light strings. Upon inspection only one string had all lights working so I called customer service and they immediately sent me 3 new strings in which 2 strings were all good and one was defective. I didn't call on the second order because they let me keep the original bad sets and I could take lights off them and fix the last bad string.
El cheapo does not work. Too bad sending it back would cost more than it is worth.
