The birthday girl LOVED this cotton candy machine!!!
Worth the buy. Super Easy and super fun. Just let it warm up for 10 minutes and you'll be good to go.
I really like this machine. So it says that you can use hard candy. I used jolly ranchers the 1st time and it was not like cotton candy. It turned hard fast. I was very disappointed. I was going to get sugar floss but I live in a very small town and it was going to take days to get it, not to mention the cost. I saw that you can make your own with sugar, extract, and food coloring. Now this was cotton candy. Soft, fluffy and good! It was worth testing out and my kids love it and love making there own. We will be using this a lot!
Its works perfect. It's a perfect size to fit anywhere in your kitchen or storage. It works with hard candy as well original powder sugar. My father in law got to enjoy cotton candy after so many years because of been diabetic. We were able to use sugar free hard candy to make him his own cotton candy. I love it!
Got it for my daughter's slumber party and it was a hit. We all loved it!
Takes a few tries to learn how to wrap it on the cone. Probably works best with flossing sugar. We used Jolly Ranchers, and broke them up into a powder. It works, but maybe if it was finer it would work better. It definitely satisfies the craving for CC. Plain sugar works really well, I haven't tried flossing sugar in it. You need to heat it up for 10 minutes. It takes some time to do each one, so you will not be whipping it up quick like they do at the county fair!
It takes a while to heat up. You need for the candy to build up on the sides before twirling the stick. Twirl HORIZONTALLY and not virtically with the stick inside the machine. Takes some practice to make anything but works fairly well once you get the hang of it
It works but it does not provide a manual of how to clean the machine in fact the only instruction sheet sent was a photo copy of the instructions on a half sheet of paper of which was torn town the middle of how to use the machine and it was very blurry. I had to download the instructions of which it still does not tell you how to clean the machine. Using hard candy does not work very well at all.
My kids love cotton candy, but I didn't think it would take me almost 30 min to make just one small fluff. When I went on YouTube to see if maybe I was doing something wrong the video host said the time it takes to make was the biggest down side of this product. We don't use it often because of this reason. .
I am very upset because of the fact that I was supposed to receive an item on Saturday but instead it was the 18th of August 2020. When I received my item on the 18th, I open the box to find that a piece on this machine was missing and this was a gift. If you can purchase from the store to look at item/items, by all means, necessary do it. One star is my rating!!!! Someone in their departments needs to do better.
