The Nova Nutritions Berberine Plus helps as an immune enhancing supplement and healthy glucose. Before I begin my review, safety first, It is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under 18. However, after further research I found since Berberine appears to lower blood sugar levels, it's important for people taking diabetes medication (or any medication that affects blood sugar) to consult their physicians prior to using Berberine. That being said, I am not allergic to anything except old age, I am taking this product to help me enhance my immune system and lose weight (15 pounds) along with my walking, working out at the gym and eating right. I try to stay in shape but this past winter I was not so active and gained a few too many pounds. I stay pretty active outside but was a cold winter in the south this year. I cannot attest to the results as I have just begun taking Nova Berberine Plus. There are 120 capsules per bottle, a serving size is 2 capsules 1000MG per capsule meaning 2000MG per serving size, 60 days for 1 bottle. If you use supplements, then Berberine may be one of the top ones to include in your arsenal to great health. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now for overall better health. It supports healthy glucose, metabolism and immune function. Reading from the label on the bottle each capsule provides 1000MG Berberine, 120MG Vitamin C, 30MG Zinc Gluconate and other ingredients are Gelatin, Silica and Vegetable Stearate. What it does not have is, NO artificial color or flavor, sweetener, preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, corn, egg, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, or fish and is sodium free. It also supports cardiac and gastrointestinal function and healthy glucose metabolism.
I received this bottle of Nova Berberine supplements as part of a review program. These supplements has aided in my metabolism rate. Also, they are helpful in maintaining my LDL cholesterol and triglerides, lowers my blood pressure, improved my digestive system and keeps my blood sugar levels under control. I have more energy and my mind is more focused. Follow the instructions on the bottle. Before starting this Berberine regiman, talk with your professional and have lab tests before and after taking Berberine for a few weeks. The after lab work will indicate that your levels have maintained nicely.
After taking these for about two weeks I didn't think they were working. But after three weeks my blood sugar dropped about 20 points. My blood sugar every morning was about 170, now it dropped down to about 150 every morning consistent. Contains "B" vitamins and I have noticed I am a little more alert. 2 tablets a day, so there is a 60 day supply in the bottle. I take them at evening meal time and have found them to have no aftertaste, or no side effects. Will buy more of these when I run out, it's worth the cost.
Till now I do not have nothing to say. I take two/day. Probably the results will be seen in one month.
For me I have found it works best when I take it in the morning at breakfast time and it keeps me more regulated throughout the day. Even the next morning I notice my fasting blood sugar is better. On those crazy days when I have forgotten to take it I notice the difference. My over all mood is better when I take it also which I'm sure is from my blood sugar staying more level and not having the highs and lows.
Delivered in a very timely manner. Easy to take. No smells or taste. BP is lower. Not sure about other numbers yet.

The bottle states take 2 capsules daily. each capsule provides 1000MG Berberine, 120MG Vitamin C, 30MG Zinc Gluconate. I have been taking Berberine Plus for just over a week now and I am finding I am not have sugar cravings like I was. So that alone is great. I do not need to lose weight so I can not say anything about weight loss. But as for over all feeling health wise; I have to say I am feeling stronger and healthier as the days pass by. I like that it supports in Immune system and the gastrointestinal function Nova Nutritions Berberine Plus contains 120 Capsules so this bottle will last me 60 days (2 months) Best of all it contains NO artificial color or flavor, sweetener, preservatives, No sugar, starch, milk, corn, egg, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, or fish and is sodium free. This is my review of nova nutritions Berberine Plus 120 caplets, I am always looking for a great vitamin that carries Berberine. The great thing about this vitamin is it also has vitamin C and zinc which is great for your immune system. The vitamins are a little large and the dose is two capsules daily. The thing that I like most is there is no artificial colors flavors or sweeteners in it. And wanted one good thing about this pill is it also will keep your cholesterol at a great level, the pill size is not bad and I do take them on a full stomach, as I do with most of my vitamins.
I chose this Product Sample because I take Vitamins everyday and thought why not and it's free. So I get the product and open it and it smells terrible but if it is a good supplement I can get past the smell. So I go on the internet to check it out and in the description for Berberine it says it is a chemical and to consult with your doctor if you take any kind of medication. So I have not tried the product because I am afraid to due to the fact it says it is a chemical. I have never read anywhere where a supplement is classified as a chemical. So combined with this online info and the back of the label saying if you have any medical condition to consult with your doctor first and because it smells so strong and is color of the capsule's is a bright lemon yellow. I have chosen not to use this product and will consult with my doctor in the next two months for my quarterly checkup to see if he has even heard of this dietary supplement. That's to bad because it is suppose too do a lot of good for yeast parasites fungus and bacteria's. It says it is a high potency Berberine and from the smell I can tell you it is high potency alright. I would seriously check with your doctor first if you don't know what Berberine Chemical is. So because I am afraid to sample this product based on this information above I cannot recommend this product to anyone before seeing a doctor.
