I have been using nova gymnema for like two years. My sugar level is very well controlled
It's affordable and effective. I've been buying this brand for many years.
I've been taking gymnema for several years to help control blood sugar and A1C levels. I take 1 with every meal and have had good results so far.
Good quality Gymnema but not as high gymnemic acid content as some other brands; only 25%.
I've only been using this for about a week maybe...so can't really comment yet on the effectiveness. But really hoping that it is effective.
