I have found this to boost my energy level. I can go all morning, afternoon and past supper time. Even when I am out in the heat of the day working on our farm.
I take this with alpha lipoic acid and co Q 10, from a study done in the nineties in improve healthy aging. My kids call it my baby rat pills but they work. I always check for Now brand first because they use quality ingredients.
NOW brand is always high quality and budget friendly

This particular product is recommended by neurologists to help seizure patients and Parkinson's patients have a boost in clarity and better brain function. I have a slight carnitine defeciency and was anxious to find a supplement that was effective and of good quality. My daughter takes a prescription carnitine and I was anxious about taking something over the counter. I have found that it does help my energy level that I have been lacking all these years. I just thought I was lazy and found myself taking caffeine and sugar to help get me going. I don't need that anymore. I'm so grateful.

I purchased this to help me with curbing my appetite and it is working. No jitters, shakes, or any of the other side effects that I expected, just less appetite over time. I would recommend this to someone who is trying to lose weight in a sensible fashion and not expecting to drop 30 pounds in one month because that has not been my results nor my expectations.
