Fits my needs twice daily. Not too much & not too little.
I was taking niacin that did produce a flush, until I read that it was hard on the heart to do that. I have been using NOW products for years now and I trust them. They always have a very high (best) rating from ConsumersLab for quality and purity and price. That's why I chose NOW for a simple supplement made by many other companies: I know NOW is made by a company that wants to provide the best quality it can.

To be honest, I have found that only NOW has the flush free Niacin 250mg. The flush from Niacin is a miserable experience. I have not had it with this product.
Again the NOW brand is dependable and yu know that yu are buying an exact product...niacin gives energy and good foundation for good health...
I love this flush free niacin. I can not take regular niacin due to rosacea, this niacin does not cause me to go red. I have more energy when I take this product. I highly recommend it to anyone!
